Hi @Barbara Miraglia-Vansteinburg ~ In general, a balanced meal plan with fresh, non-processed foods is beneficial for everyone. Beware of certain carbohydrates---some do ok with whole grains and some don't. The best way to know what works for your body is to try a food and test 2 hours later. Are you following any type of way of eating now?
